New York City, NY
-
The goal of this trip is to give students an understanding of trends in US public transportation by zooming into the challenges and opportunities different cities and regions face.
-
Our spring break trip will occur in New York City, home of the US’ busiest public transit network. We will work with government workers and organizations engaged in:
-
Advocating for cheaper transit fares.
-
Electrifying all of NYC’s busses and cars.
-
Planning and maintaining NYC’s public transit
